No, an Asia Miles Travel Services hotel, car rental or experience award cannot be booked using points or mileage from another programme. All payments must be made in Asia Miles.

11. Can I make special requests for a product after the booking has been made?

For hotel and experience bookings, please advise us by e-mail, phone or fax. Requests are then forwarded to the partner. However, special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

13. Can I redeem an Asia Miles Travel Services hotel, car rental or experience award for my child if he/she is travelling alone?

Children travelling alone must meet the minimum age requirement in order to enjoy the redemption. The minimum age required for a hotel and experience award is 18. The minimum age required for renting a car alone is 25. A national driving licence and International Driving Permit (if applicable) are also required.

14. My Experience Award includes complimentary hotel pick up, how can I arrange it?

You will be asked to input your hotel stay details on the traveller details page at booking. Once the booking is confirmed, you can contact the local tour/ activity operator for any last minute changes. Note that you may be required to contact the local tour/ activity operator in advance to confirm the service, please refer to the important information stated on the experience voucher.
