  4. Regular Miles earned will normally be credited to the member's account 120 to 150 days after the transaction has been confirmed, but exact lead time may vary between merchants.
  5. Only Eligible Transactions for the purchase of goods and services will be entitled to Miles earning. Eligible Transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed will be disqualified for the purpose of this Offer.
  6. Merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to members.
